The IMPINGEMENT POLYBELT TUNNEL FREEZER utilizes a solid flat top polyethylene belt, which allows for gentle handling of the product and leaves no surface marks. High efficiency evaporators and fans, with a combination of concentrated air jets, are used to achieve fast freezing time with minimum dehydration of the product. The entire system is enclosed with a stainless steel finish high efficiency insulated enclosure.

IMPINGEMENT POLYBELT TUNNEL FREEZER

The product are loaded manually or by spreader shaker on to the stainless steel band belt from one end, then the product travels in to the tunnel sections, where the high velocity, -35 Degree F. air blasts horizontally across the top of product surface and under the belt. The horizontal air direction alternates from one section to the next so as to achieve even freezing. The frozen product after it exist the tunnel sections, it release off the belt smoothly without marks. The product is frozen in the same form as it is being loaded on the inlet end.
